Another apathy of the system in Bangalore, as man fell into the open drain and lost his life. Victim's brother has filed an FIR against BBMP. Shocking CCTV footage has come out wherein it shows how the man fell down in open drain. Victims kin also said that even five days after the FIR the drain is still open and a threat to the other citizens. In Rukmini Nagar it's been five months the work is going on and it's not yet completed. There are slabs which BBMP put over there for the people who stays near.
