BIGHIT Music has responded to earlier media reports that claimed to have confirmation of BTS member Jin's enlistment date. They talked about it's much speculated date of enlistment which is 13th of December this year and cleared the doubts of the fans.

Lots of speculations have been making rounds on the social media regarding Jin's enlistment and finally BIGHIT opened up about it. A news portal wrote a tweet and shared the deets with the netizens.

According to a previous media report on November 23, Jin is allegedly planned to enlist as an active duty soldier on December 13 at a new recruit training facility in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do. BIGHIT responded to this and said, "We cannot confirm these details at this time. We ask for your understanding." Earlier in November, Jin confirmed that he has been assigned to front lines at the Army base.
Before his birthday, Jin told his Army that he would be serving. The news shocked the fans, who had always looked forward to hia birthday. Coldplay and Jin recently collaborated on the song The Astronaut, which they published as a homage to their fans. The vocalist recently took part in a Variety show as well, and ARMY members have been completely moved by his videos and photos.
