TV shows launching in March 2022
Leading GECs are all set to rejig their programming by launching new exciting shows in March. While February saw the launch of daily soaps like Naagin 6, Fanaa-Ishq Mein Marjawan, Swaranghar, Jagannath Aur Purvi Ki Dosti Anokhi and Mose Chhal Kiye Jaaye, the channels are gearing up to introduce new shows in their line-up this month. Staying true to their promise of providing wholesome entertainment, the likes of Colors TV, Star Plus and Zee TV have brought interesting concepts.
While remakes of Bengali shows have become the flavour of the season, some GECs have decided to offer something new on the platter. The viewers can expect entertaining episodes as the new shows are loaded with drama, romance, twists and turns. Without further ado, here's a look at the TV shows, which will be launched in March 2022.
Spy Bahu
After launching back-to-back shows, Colors channel will soon add an intriguing daily soap to its weekday programming. We are talking about Spy Bahu. The romantic drama has been making waves ever since the first promo featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan was unveiled on social media. The Bollywood diva, who turned narrator for the show, introduced the two leads of the twisted love story.
While Sana Sayyad will play the role of a spy, Sehban Azim will be seen as a suspected terrorist. How will the love story of a spy and a terrorist take shape? Fans will have to wait for some time as the show is rumoured to be launching around Holi 2022.
Yeh Jhuki Jhuki Si Nazar
Star Plus will soon bring the story of Diya, who is supremely talented but faces bias from others due to her dark complexion. The show starring Swati Rajput and Ankit Siwach will focus on society's obsession with light skin and the problems that people with dark complexion have to face.
Yeh Jhuki Jhuki Si Nazar will go on air from March 7 at the 6:30 pm slot on Star Plus.
Banni Chow Home Delivery
Star Plus launched the Hindi remakes of several Bengali shows last year. Keeping up with the trend, the channel has announced a new show titled Banni Chow Home Delivery. It will feature Jhansi Ki Rani fame Ulka Gupta and Barrister Babu actor Pravisht Mishra.
While Anupamaa, Imlie and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin are dominating the TRP charts, it will be interesting to see if the Hindi remake of Khukumoni Home Delivery is able to strike a chord with the viewers or not. The new show will be set against the backdrop of Rajasthan.
Mithai
After witnessing success with Mithai in the Bengali market, Zee TV is all set to launch the Hindi remake with the same name. The show starring Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani fame Debattama Saha in a titular role will replace Rishton Ke Manjha at 7pm slot. The daily soap will hit the airwaves from March 14, 2022.
Aashish Bhardhwaj will be seen romancing Debattama in the soon-to-be launched daily soap.
Dharm Yoddha Garud
Sony SAB, which has been entertaining the masses with Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah for the past thirteen years, will add a new mythological show to its line-up. We are talking about Dharm Yoddha Garud. The show will air Toral Rasputra, Parul Chauhan, Faisal Khan, Ankit Raaj and Vishal Karwal in main roles.
Faisal Khan will make his return to fiction space after a long time with Dharm Yoddha Garud. His new show will start beaming from March 14 at the 7 pm slot.
