Suhana Khan sits on Agastya Nanda’s lap in latest BTS pic from Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies
A new behind-the-scenes still of Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda from Zoya Akhtar's The Archies has surfaced on the internet. The star-studded Netlflix film has remained in the limelight ever since its announcement.

The anticipation for Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming project The Archies is sky-high as it marks the acting debut of Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, Janhvi Kapoor’s younger sister Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda.
The first teaser for the Netflix film was unveiled in May which introduced the fans to the elaborate cast of the Bollywood adaptation of The Archies comics. Now, in another treat for those awaiting the film's release, Zoya has shared a behind-the-scenes picture from the set featuring none other than Suhana and Agastya.

In the image that Zoya shared via her Instagram stories, Suhana can be sitting on Agastya’s lap as the two are all smiles. While SRK’s princess is in all-black attire, Big B’s grandson is donning a blue shirt with matching jeans.

Also featuring Mihir Ahuja, Aditi Dot, Yuvraj Menda, and Vedang Raina, The Archies is a coming of age story of a group of friends. Speaking about her latest venture, Zoya said in an interview that The Archies comics were a large part of her growing-up years.
“I am excited to have the chance to bring the comics to life; they were a large part of my childhood and teenage years. The characters are iconic and globally loved, which is also why I am a little nervous. I have to make sure the film stokes the nostalgia of a generation that grew up on the comic, and yet resonates with young adults today,” the Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara helmer told The Hindu.
While announcing the much-awaited project, Zoya had written, “Ain't nothing like old school… Grab your gang 'cause the Archies are coming soon on @netflix_in !”
The Archies will premiere on Netflix in 2023.
