With the 2022 T20 World Cup just three weeks away, the 16 teams have announced their squads for the marquee event. The 8th edition of the global T20 showpiece event will take place from October 16 to November 13 in Australia.

The tournament will start with an 8-team group stage qualification to enter the Super 12 stage. Eight teams have already qualified for the Super 12 stage and are divided into two groups. Two teams from each qualifier group (4 teams total) will start the second round from October 22.

The two semi-finals are scheduled to take place on November 9 and 10 at the Sydney and Adelaide Cricket Grounds respectively. The summit clash will be held at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground on November 13. Australia will look to defend their title on home soil
