OnePlus is collaborating with Spotify to launch Red Cable Sessions. Titled after OnePlus' Red Cable Club (RCC), the Red Cable Sessions, is a music show that will bring together performances by musicians from various genres.
The Red Cable Sessions will feature artists such as When Chai Met Toast, OAFF, and Zaeden. The Session will be held online and bring together members of the OnePlus community who are tech and music lovers.
“We at OnePlus believe in constantly engaging with our community. As a user-first tech company, we have been dedicated to providing our users with several community-centric initiatives such as the OnePlus Music Festival, OnePlus Domin8 gaming events and much more. We are now excited to collaborate with Spotify to bring the all-new Red Cable Sessions to our community," said Ishita Grover, Director of Marketing Communications and Planning, OnePlus India.
She further added, "We are positive that our RCC members and community at large will truly enjoy this unique experience.”
On the other hand, Akshat Harbola, Head of Strategy & Operations - India, Spotify stated, “The love that Spotify has received from listeners in India, especially for music across genres and languages, is phenomenal. Independent acts on the platform are especially popular among Gen Z, and this partnership with OnePlus is an experience that brings a few of those artists and their fans closer to one another”.
OnePlus's RCC membership programme, launched in December 2019, provides community members with numerous advantages, including access to product launch and community events, as well as many other incentives. Till date RCC has more than 15 million community members.
