Actress Mahima Chaudhry has lately made news after revealing her battle with breast cancer. Mahima is well remembered for her role in Shah Rukh Khan's flick Pardes. She then appeared in films such as Baghban, Lajja, Daag: The Fire, Kurukshetra, and others. She's been absent from the big screen for a while, but she'll be making a comeback in Anupam Kher's next film The Signature.
The film is said to be about a man whose wife becomes ill and what happens afterwards, and is produced by K C Bokadia, who has brought us superhit films like Pyar Jhukta Nahin, Tere Meherbaniyan, and more. That man is played by Kher who win't be bald.
According to ETimes, the role played by Mahima was previously offered to Neena Gupta, who declined due to time constraints. Now the most interesting part is, Mahima is not portraying Kher's wife. So the question that automatically pops up in our mind is, "Who is it then?" I
It is none other than Neena Kulkarni. Neena Kulkarni is a veteran actress who has appeared in films such as Paheli, Guru, and Ghayal Once Again, among others. She's also made a name for herself in Marathi cinema with a number of notable performances.

For the unversed, Anupam Kher recently uploaded a video of Mahima on the set of the film, in which she was seen crying down as she spoke about her experience and battle with cancer. Mahima just announced that she is cancer-free. In an interview with Etimes, the actress reflected on her experience with breast cancer, describing it as a "psychological war" that lasted four months.
She expressed gratitude to Anupam Kher for his help and stated that her parents were unaware of her condition at the time. In truth, her mother was present for her surgery, but she had no idea why. The actress stated that her kid was her rock during this trying time, and she wanted her to know that she was OK and brave.
