Volvo Car India has confirmed that the fully-electric XC40 Recharge will be locally assembled at the company’s Hosakote plant in Bengaluru. With this, the XC40 Recharge becomes the latest model to be locally assembled alongside the brand’s flagship SUV XC90, the mid-size SUV XC60, the compact luxury SUV XC40, and the luxury sedan S90. The XC40 Recharge will launch by next month, and deliveries will begin from the festive season of this year.
