One of the most awaited films of this year, the magnum opus Adipurush starring Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh, Prabhas, and Saif Ali Khan's teaser received a mixed reaction from the audiences. Although they're looking forward to the mythological drama, narrating and celebrating the story of epic Ramayana, netizens are not might impressed with how the characters are portrayed.
Yes, you read that right. Ever since the teaser of Adipurush hit the web, netizens are baffled over the appearances of Rama, Ravana, Laxman, and even Hanuman. Social media is heavily loaded with tweets and posts against the film. Some are calling out the 'childish' VFX as a blunder while some feel that the characters of Saif as Ravana are not aligning with Hindu mythology.

Yes, boycott Adipurush is trending heavily on social media and inviting massive flak toward the film. Many feel that the scenes in the film also do not go well with the ancient ideology of Ramayana. Adipurush is bankrolled by T Series and Retrophiles. The movie is slated to release on January 12, 2023, in IMAX and 3D. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair, the film will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
