We couldn't be happier for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. After dating for five years, Ranbir and Alia tied the knot on April 14 this year in a private ceremony at their home this year. While Ranbir literally swept his bride off her feet on their wedding day, the couple announced that they are welcoming their first child this year.

The two resumed work and Alia has already had two hit films to her credit in 2022. The Kapoor and Bhatt family came together earlier today for Alia's baby shower. Images from the baby shower have been going viral in the web with netizens showering the mom-to-be with love.

Alia looed radiant in a Raji Ramniq mustard anarkali with a matching dupatta and churidar with intricate gold work. Alia rounded off her look with a maang tikka and a gold necklace, Alia painted such a beautiful picture.

With her hair half-up, Alia rounded off her look with dewy skin and minimal makeup. Apart from Neetu Kapoor with daughter Riddhima, Karisma Kapoor, Soni Razdan, Pooja Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt and Alia's girl gang.

On the work front, Alia and Ranbir were seen on the big screen for the first time in Brahmastra. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, this science fiction was produced by Karan Johar. The film also starred Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Dimple Kapadia and Shah Rukh Khan.

The film's primary antagonist was Mouni Roy who received a thumbs up for her performance. The film continues to go strong even in the fourth week since its release and soaring at the box office.
