Abhimanyu and Akshara patch up but Sanjay puts the Birla hospital on fire. Akshara gets caught and Abhimanyu runs to save her.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai
The latest episode of Harshad Chopda, Pranali Rathod and Karishma Sawant starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Akshara cutely adoring Abhimanyu as he sleeps. She notices a girl looking at Abhimanyu and Akshara gets jealous. She asks the girl to move aside as she is married to Abhimanyu.
Akshara then praises Abhimanyu and thanks God for giving her a partner like him. Rohan informs Akshara that a patient is waiting for her. Rohan says that the patient had met her in the morning and seems crazy. Akshara tells him not to say that.
Akshara meets the patient named Sanjay. Abhimanyu gets up and feels Akshara hasn't come to meet him and leaves to search for her. Sanjay and Akshara have some uncomfortable conversations. Akshara asks Sanjay who set him to her. Sanjay says that his friend had sent him and that he needs her help.

Sanjay says his girlfriend left him as he feels lonely. Akshara tells him that he needs her psychologist. Sanjay tries to harass Akshara by grabbing her hand. Akshara asks him to leave her. Abhimanyu comes there and sees this. He requests that the guards take Sanjay.
Abhimanyu asks Akshara where she was. She asks him about his health. Akshara and Abhimanyu feel fortunate to have met each other. They end their fights finally and hug each other. Akshara blushes and requests a meeting with Abhimanyu in the hospital’s backyard.
Sanjay reenters the hospital and decides to take revenge from Abhimanyu and Akshara. He searches for Abhimanyu after taking the razor-sharp blade. Akshara and Abhimanyu get close. Sanjay finds Abhimanyu and Akshara. Abhimanyu feels someone is there.
Abhimanyu sees Sanjay and saves Akshara. Sanjay runs and Abhimanyu follows him and asks Akshara not to follow Sanjay. Abhimanyu finds him and Sanjay turns the knob on the oxygen tank loose. Akshara goes to search Abhimanyu. Sanjay stands with the lighter in his hands and decides to put the hospital on fire.
He throws the lighter and the North wing of Birla Hospital is on fire. Akshara and Abhimanyu search for one another. Mahima and Anand are told about the fire. Aarohi and Neil search for fire extinguisher. Abhimanyu and Akshara help the patients.
