Mika Singh wants to find love on Swayamvar Mika Di Vohti; reveals he rejected 150 rishtas in 20 years

Mika Singh is all set to find love through a reality show on television. Yes, the singer will be seen on an upcoming TV show Swayamvar-Mika Di Vohti. Earlier, Rahul Mahajan, Rakhi Sawant and Ratan Rajput have also had swayamvars on television.

Mika Singh that he was offered to do the show a decade back as well but he didn’t take it up then but he feels that now it is time to get married. He also spoke about why he decided to have a swayamvar.

In an interview with ETimes, Mika Singh shared that many people would want to have a swayamvar like this and he feels he is lucky to have got this offer. " I was not ready earlier, I have said no to at least 100-150 rishtas in last 20 years, and my work was really important to me. People would think that I like to party and hangout with girls and that is my reason of not getting married but that was never the case, "he explained.

He said that in his family he never dared to show his girlfriend to Daler paaji (Daler Mehndi) and hence when the offer came Daler paaji himself told he to do the show. He said that he is 44 now and feels that he should either get married or stay single. He also said that he does want to find love by the end of the show.

" I am looking for love as well as marriage. Love hoga tabhi toh marriage hogi na! Love is blind, pyaar ek second mein bhi ho jata hai and kabhi kabhi time lag jata hai. And sometimes hota hi nahi hai. Main show ke end tak pyaar dhundh lunga, phir shaadi bhi kar lunga. (If we love each other, marriage will happen. Love is blind, it can happen in a second and sometimes it takes time. Sometimes it doesn't happen. By the end of the show, I will find love and then get married also. ) Wedding might not take place by the end of the show, but it’s a possibility. When couples get married, they post mushy pictures on social media likes and comments. They want people to talk about them even if not many attend their wedding. That way, I am very lucky because each moment of my life will be telecasted. Meri khushi ka har pal saari duniya dekh rahi hoga."

He also mentioned that his family is happy with this swayanvar.
