Amul pays heartfelt tribute to KK, fans thank the brand for celebrating the legendary singer who ‘breathed his last in music’
The death of singer KK shocked the entire nation. From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to celebrities from the music industry, condolences have been pouring in on his sudden death. Amul India also paid a heartfelt tribute to KK in their latest social media post.

The legendary singer KK breathed his last on May 31, 2022. The singer fell ill while performing at Nazrul Mancha, Kolkata, for Gurudas College's fest the same day. He returned to his hotel and collapsed. He was then rushed to the hospital, where he was declared dead at the age of 53. From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to celebrities from the music industry, condolences have been pouring in on his sudden death.
Amul India also paid a heartfelt tribute to KK in their latest social media post. The brand shared a special creative and captioned the post, “#Amul Topical: Tribute to popular playback singer…”

PM Narendra Modi also shared a tweet sharing his grief on the sudden demise of KK. PM Modi tweeted, “Saddened by the untimely demise of noted singer Krishnakumar Kunnath popularly known as KK. His songs reflected a wide range of emotions as struck a chord with people of all age groups. We will always remember him through his songs. Condolences to his family and fans. Om Shanti.”
