It's about to get wild! BTS' J-Hope drops dark and creepy concept photos for upcoming single More from Jack In The Box

J-Hope recently announced the single More and the album Jack In The Box in a post on Weverse two days ago. He released several concept images of himself gazing into the bright-flash camera from various angles while donning what appears to be a floppy black jester's cap and it's wild.

If sunshine Hobi is your go-to BTS member for all things happy, let's just say you're in for a crazy ride now. And if you just can't get enough of him, the boy is ready to give you more. Quite literally. The 28-year-old ace rapper and singer-songwriter is set to embark on his solo journey. His debut album, which will be released later this month and feature a single whose title was announced on Monday (June 27) on social media, will be the first step in his journey.
J-Hope recently announced the single More and the album Jack In The Box in a post on Weverse two days ago, describing this work as an expression of his "aspirations to break the mould and grow further". Following their recent announcement that they will be scaling their full-band commitments, he became the first of the seven Bangtan boys to announce a solo album with Jack in the Box, which comes after J-Hope's seven-track mixtape Hope World from 2018.
The singer-rapper has just revealed the single's title, even though the album title, album release date, and single release date (July 15 and July 1, respectively) were all included in the initial announcement. He simply wrote "MORE?" in an Instagram post that included four pictures of him standing by himself in a shady slanted corridor. The unsettling image shows J-Hope as a silhouette, still sporting the same jester-like appearance from his earlier images but this time enveloped in darkness. It has a darker vibe than any of his other releases since the Chicken Noodle Soup crooner is standing with his head tilted and the angle of the photograph is skewed.
Later, he released several more concept images of himself gazing into the bright-flash camera from various angles while donning what appears to be a floppy black jester's cap and it's wild, if anything. Almost as if sunshine Hobi went on a break and had a wild child replace him. Take a look for yourself.
The first single, titled MORE, will be released on July 1 at 1 PM KST, according to a tweet from BigHit's Twitter account.

Wait, there's more. J-Hope previously unveiled concept art for Jack in the Box, which had him standing in a teal box while donning the same black hat and white suit, and pressing one finger to his lips. He captioned the image, which also featured four additional pictures of the musician posing in the vivid box, "2022 07/15 Open a Box."
We don't know about you, but we are so thrilled to see this "extremely dark, raw side", as he put it himself. Brace yourself, you won't know what hit you.
